Brutalizm architectural style of the building has an impressive heritage and gives bright remarkable accents which we used to highlight the connection between past, present and future.
The office building will occupy 3 floors, which will house corporate offices, sharing spaces, equipped green verandas, rooftop garden and lower floors will serve as tech area and parking. When designing the facility, our main purpose was to preserve the unique features of the building but also to bring the leading world architectural and design standards, so that our residents can achieve maximum comfort and efficiency.
